Here at Straka Meats, quality is our goal. We want to give you products that will make you say: “This is the best I’ve ever tasted.” All beef and pork items that are sold at Straka Meats are raised locally. Each week we hand pick Wisconsin’s finest corn fed livestock to ensure the products are of the highest quality. Our meat is cut daily, so you can be sure you get the freshest quality meat every time!
Since 1952 Straka Meats has been offering complete custom beef, pork, and lamb processing. Orders are processed according to your specifications. All custom slaughter is done every Wednesday by appointment only, so please call in advance for available dates and times. Straka Meats is HACCP certified, state inspected, and animal welfare certified. We also offer custom curing and smoking of hams and bacons. Please call for more information.
