At Straka’s, we process deer, elk, moose, caribou, mule deer, antelope, and bear. We take whole, skinned quarters, and boneless trim. To make the best quality sausage, it takes time and is well worth the wait. Here at Straka’s quality is always our goal. We do this by matching your wild game with pork and beef and adding only top-quality natural seasonings. We finish it all off by smoking it with real hickory wood.
